It depends on if “others” is referring to singular or plural possessives. If it is each other(singular) then it is “each other’s. If the possessive is plural(There are more than one of these things) then the correct place to put the apostrophe is after the “s” Does each other’s have an apostrophe? You might be looking at those sentences and think they look quite strange or have something missing. That’s because they often do. Not many people will use “others’” in this form, and a plural noun is usually accepted right after “other.” Quiz: Have You Mastered Others Or Other’s Or Others’? Struggled to make much impact in opening quarter but started to show a bit before interval. Subbed.

Other must have a determiner before it when it comes in front of a singular countable noun. If the noun is indefinite (e.g. a book, a woman, an idea), we use another:Another is a determiner (and a qualifier) that goes before a singular countable noun or a pronoun. While there is a plural possessive form in the shape of “others’,” it’s very uncommon. Finally, there’s the plural possessive form. It’s not particularly common, and you won’t find many native speakers using it. However, it still works in some cases. The episode is called 'Wild Blue Yonder'. The episode synopsis reads: "The Tardis takes the Doctor and Donna to the furthest edge of adventure.Other’s” is the singular possessive form. It works well when talking about an “other” in possession of something. However, there are a few things to mention. Others” is the easiest of the group to understand. Even though “each other” is a singular phrase, we use it to talk about two people. It’s possible only to use “other’s” in this case. The average native speaker won’t notice the difference as one another is broadly accepted instead of each other. You may wish to use it in your speaking or writing. Note: you can also say: “I think I’ll have another one.” and “Let’s ask for another one.” Another + number + plural noun

This is quite logical. The possessive form in English is formed by adding ’s at the end of a noun, unless it is a plural noun, in which case we write just an apostrophe, e.g. “these teachers’ books” (not “these teachers’s books”). This rules out each others, as the possessive apostrophe must be there. While “others’” isn’t a common choice, it’s still correct. Perhaps these examples will help you with it: Some scientists think we should reduce the number of flights to prevent global warming; others disagree.

However, some linguists or traditional grammarians actually like to use each other when there are just two people involved and “one another” when more than two people are involved. However, this is a very strange sentence structure, and it’s not common for people to use it in this way. Instead, you might hear:
